Public Consultations on Draft Kenya Information and Communications Regulations 
Following the amendments to the Constitution in 2010 and the Kenya Information and Communications Act in 2013, the Authority has embarked on an exercise to review current regulations and develop new ones for the sector. To this end, the Authority had previously published six draft regulations, inviting the public to make online submissions on the same. The Authority has now published revised versions of the six draft regulations which are now available for public consultations. The Authority therefore invites stakeholders and members of the public to provide comments on the said Regulations.
