Determinations
The Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998 vests the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) with adjudicative powers in the discharge of its statutory mandate of licensing and regulating telecommunications, radiocommunication and postal services within the country.
The Authority has on a number of occasions exercised these powers in a bid to ensure provision of communication services and effective competition in the provision of such services.
Below are rulings and determinations made since the Authority’s inception.
