Mr. Frederick Raongo Muhul is a seasoned career civil servant with experience spanning over a decade in various capacities in different government agencies.

He holds a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws all from the University of Nairobi. Mr. Muhul is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, a Certified Secretary of Kenya and a holder of Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

He is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), Institute of the Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Institute of the Certified Secretaries of Kenya (ICS) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Mr. Muhul was appointed to the CA Board as the Alternate Director to the Principal Secretary State Department for Interior and National Administration. He is a a highly skilled, dedicated and pragmatic person whose passion is to make a difference to the people of Kenya
